Up and running…
We are finally underway documenting our progress with the foundation, and it is now only two weeks until arrival in Sri Lanka - September 3rd to be exact. While both Sadna and I are finishing up work obligations here, we continue to make new contacts in Sri Lanka and are making good headway in planning our time on the island.
Aside from representing our own foundation, we will be working in tandem with Rebuilding Community International (RCI) while in Sri Lanka. Meetings are set to explore partnerships with a handful of NGO’s during our first five days in the capital of Colombo. These include Mercy Corps Sri Lanka, Sarvodaya, EMACE, and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. More to come…
